Which is the insured value of my boat?

At the beginning we will establish the acutal value of the yacht as "fixed insured value" which we will pay in case of complete lost of the yacht due to an accident. In more than 99 % of the cases the actual value is easily agreed between insured party and insurer according to listings of prices of new and used yachts. Only in view cases the counsel of an expert is needed to establish the actual value.
