How to insure passengers?

As owner of a yacht you take over the responsibility for your guests, your crew and yourself as the owner. A personal injury followed by insufficient protective measures is inexcusable.
 
The passengers’ accident Boat Insurances offers financial coverage in case of hospitalisation, death and disablement. In tragic cases of disablement of at least 90%, the compensation is doubled.
You are free to choose the particular sum insured.
 
Financial coverage for you and your crew is provided even if:
 

• you as the owner are not liable for the consequences of an accident.
• a third party is responsible for the accident, but their Boat Insurances does not pay
• the person responsible cannot be found
